Question 5-Day Greece Tour Recommendations

I'm taking my 23-year-old daughter on a tour of Greece in May and we're super excited! We're looking for recommendations on how to spend 5 days there. Should we focus on exploring the iconic spots like Athens and Santorini, or are there hidden gems we shouldn't miss? Any tips on must-do activities or local experiences would also be great.
