I just got back from my first trip to Krakow, Poland, and I have to say, it won't be my last! I really enjoyed exploring the city's rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. I managed to fit in a lot over my 5 days there, but I’m curious about what others think are the must-see spots and hidden gems. What were your favorite experiences in Krakow? Any tips for making the most of a short stay? Looking forward to hearing your insights!

Krakow is such a fantastic city! You definitely can't miss the Wawel Castle and the stunning Main Market Square. If you're into history, visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a powerful experience that shouldn't be overlooked. For hidden gems, check out the Kazimierz district for its Jewish heritage and vibrant atmosphere. To maximize your time, consider a guided walking tour—they often provide great insights and help you cover more ground! What were some of your favorite spots during your trip?

Krakow is truly a gem! I’d recommend you check out the Wieliczka Salt Mine if you haven’t already. The underground chapels and sculptures are breathtaking. Also, don’t miss out on trying some local cuisine—pierogi are a must! As for tips, I found that exploring on foot in the evenings really brings the city to life, especially around the Market Square. What was your favorite meal while you were there?

It sounds like you had an amazing time in Krakow! I completely agree about the Wieliczka Salt Mine—it's like stepping into another world down there. For local cuisine, I also recommend trying the zapiekanka; it's a delicious street food you won't want to miss. Exploring in the evenings really does create a magical atmosphere, especially with the city lights. What other experiences or moments stood out to you during your trip?
