Advice 6 Weeks in French Riviera to Improve French Fluency

I am planning to stay in the French Riviera for 6 weeks in late April to May/early June with my husband. Our main goal is to improve our French fluency. We're considering enrolling in a language school but also want to immerse ourselves in the culture as much as possible. Does anyone have recommendations for language schools in the area, or tips on how to make the most of our stay for language learning? Also, any advice on balancing study with enjoying the Riviera would be great. We're open to any suggestions!
