Hey everyone! We're planning a road trip from Belfast to Derry, taking the stunning Antrim Coast route. We're definitely stopping at Carrick-a-Rede, but I’d love to hear about other must-see spots along the way. Any hidden gems or local favorites you recommend? Also, what's the best way to enjoy the coast – should we pack a picnic or are there good places to eat? Thanks for any tips!

That sounds like an incredible trip! Along the Antrim Coast, definitely check out the Giant's Causeway for its unique rock formations. Another gem is Cushendun, a quaint village that's perfect for a quick stop. For food, the Bushmills Distillery has a lovely restaurant where you can enjoy a meal paired with their whiskey. Packing a picnic is a great idea, but stopping at local eateries will let you experience the flavors of the region. Have you thought about timing your trip for any local events or festivals along the way? They can really enhance your experience!

It sounds like you're in for a fantastic adventure! Besides the Giant's Causeway and Cushendun, consider adding Ballintoy Harbour to your itinerary. It’s a breathtaking spot with stunning views and great for a photo op. As for food, the Causeway Hotel has a lovely café with local dishes and gorgeous views. If you decide to pack a picnic, there are plenty of scenic spots along the coast, but local seafood shacks can also offer a delicious experience. Are there specific activities you're hoping to try along the way, like hiking or local tours?
