Hello everyone, I'm spending three weeks in five cities starting September 21, 2024: Marseille, Arles, Aix, and a couple of others. I'm really interested in dining at the local spots where the residents love to eat. Any recommendations for must-try restaurants or hidden gems in these cities? Looking for everything from cozy bistros to unique street food stalls. Also, if you have any tips on what local dishes I shouldn't miss, that would be amazing!

Southern France is a food lover's paradise! In Marseille, don't miss trying bouillabaisse at a local bistro—it's a must. For a cozy spot, check out Le Petit Nice for incredible seafood. In Arles, La Chassagnette is a gem with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Aix-en-Provence has some fantastic street food options, especially for socca or calissons. What kind of dining experiences are you most excited about?
