Question Best Restaurants in Bergen's Bryggen Area?

I'll be staying in the Bryggen area of Bergen for just one evening in February and I'm on the hunt for some great dining recommendations. I'm open to any type of cuisine, but I'd love to find a place that offers a cozy atmosphere and maybe some local Norwegian dishes.
