I just had a three-night stay at a 4-star hotel in Barcelona canceled by Booking.com. I'm really confused and a bit frustrated because I thought my reservation was confirmed. Is there a specific regulation or policy that allows Booking.com to cancel bookings? Has anyone else experienced this? I'd appreciate any insights or advice on how to handle this situation.
