Advice Dealing with a Booking.com Hotel Scam - Need Advice

I have a Hyatt hotel booked in Istanbul through Booking.com, and it's a non-refundable reservation. Recently, I've come across some concerning reviews suggesting that the hotel might be involved in a scam. I'm not sure what steps to take next. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Booking.com or a non-refundable booking? How did you handle it, and what would you recommend I do in this situation?
