We’ve been in Italy for 3 weeks now, with 2 more to go. We started with about 150 euro cash left from the previous trip, but we've been relying mostly on our debit and credit cards. Recently, I've heard a lot about card skimming incidents here, especially in tourist-heavy areas. Has anyone experienced this or have tips on how to avoid it? I'm considering using cash more often, but carrying large amounts feels risky too. How do you balance convenience with safety when it comes to payments while traveling?
