I'm planning a solo trip to Prague and wondering how necessary restaurant reservations are. I usually prefer to keep my plans flexible, but I don't want to miss out on great dining experiences because I didn't book ahead. For those who've been, how crowded are the popular spots? Is it easy to walk in, or should I be making reservations for dinner? Especially interested in hearing about mid-range to upscale places.
