Review Feedback on B & B Edinburgh

I thought that Mr. Steves and others might appreciate some feedback about B & B Edinburgh located at #3 Rothesay Terrace. The location seems quite central, but I'm curious about the quality of service and amenities. Has anyone stayed there recently? What were your impressions? Any tips for future guests would also be welcome!
