We're considering the Treasures of Spain and Portugal cruise with Tauck on the Windstar ship, Wind Surf. The itinerary seems fantastic, but we're curious about the ship itself. Our past ocean cruises have mostly been with Viking, so we're wondering how Wind Surf compares. Has anyone sailed on Wind Surf for this or a similar itinerary? How was the experience, especially in terms of service, cabins, and dining? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
