Hey everyone, I’ve been pondering this lately and wondered what your thoughts are. I often find myself making dinner reservations way in advance, sometimes weeks ahead, especially at popular restaurants. But is that overkill? How early do you usually book your dinner plans? Have you ever made a reservation too early and ended up needing to change it? I’m curious about the sweet spot for booking without being too much of a planner.

It's a great question! I think it really depends on the restaurant and the time of year. For popular spots, booking a couple of weeks in advance is often necessary, especially on weekends. I’ve found that a week ahead usually feels just right for most places. Have you ever had to change a reservation? That can be a hassle, but sometimes spontaneity leads to the best experiences! What’s the most memorable meal you've had while traveling?
