Trying to set up the HSL app for Helsinki transport. I entered the correct phone number with +1 for the USA, but I'm not receiving the verification text. Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a specific format or something I'm missing? Would appreciate any advice or tips to get past this step.
Have you tried double-checking the country code? Sometimes it's easy to mix up the +1 with the area code. Also, maybe try restarting your phone or checking if your carrier blocks international texts. If all else fails, maybe there's an email option? Good luck!
