Question Is Rijsttafel Always Spicy?

I'm really curious about trying Rijsttafel in Amsterdam, but I have a low tolerance for spicy food. Are all Rijsttafel dishes spicy, or are there milder options available? What has been your experience with the spice levels? Any recommendations for someone who prefers to keep it mild would be great.
