I stumbled across this pre-pyramids, prehistoric and pre-quick cut syndrome documentary about the Louvre from 1964. It's fascinating to see how the museum was presented back then, and the artistry of the film is quite different from today's quick edits. Has anyone else seen this? What did you think about the portrayal of the Louvre and its art? I love hearing thoughts on how museums have evolved over time. Any standout moments that stuck with you?

That sounds like a fascinating find! The Louvre has such a rich history, and seeing it through the lens of a 1964 documentary must be a unique experience. I’d love to hear more about the standout moments you mentioned—did the film focus on any particular artworks or sections of the museum? It’s intriguing to think about how the presentation of art and museums has evolved over the decades. Have you noticed any significant differences in how art is appreciated or displayed now compared to then?
