Just a short notice - there's a new system of regulating roads and traffic in Dubrovnik, which now forbids all sorts of cars from entering certain areas. This seems like a big change for both locals and tourists. Has anyone experienced this new regulation firsthand? How is it affecting travel plans or daily commutes? I'm curious to know how this is being implemented and if it's making the city more accessible or causing more issues.
