Advice Planning a 75th Birthday Hike in the Dolomites This Fall

Hi there, I want to plan a trip to hike in the Dolomites for my 75th birthday, taking my son and possibly a few friends. I'm looking for advice on the best trails that offer breathtaking views but are manageable for someone my age.
