Hello! I am in the process of planning a trip with my 79-year-old mother, who has mobility issues. We're considering a tour of the British Isles, but I want to make sure it's comfortable and enjoyable for her. What are some recommended destinations or attractions that are easy to navigate? Also, any tips on accessible transportation options or accommodations would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

It's wonderful that you're planning a memorable trip with your mother! For accessible destinations, consider places like Edinburgh, which has good wheelchair access and offers lovely sights like the Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat (you could take the bus partway up!). Bath is also great, with its flat streets and fascinating Roman Baths. For transportation, look into local services that cater to mobility needs—many cities have taxis equipped for wheelchairs. Lastly, booking hotels that specifically advertise accessibility can make a huge difference. Have you thought about any specific cities yet?
