Hello Travelers, This is very late notice since I fly to Nice on Oct 9th! Anyone have their bag packed and ready for Provence this fall? I'm looking for tips on what to expect weather-wise, must-visit spots, and any fall festivals or events happening around that time. Also, if you've got any advice on hidden gems or less crowded places, I'd love to hear about them. Excited to see the lavender fields even if they're past their peak!

Provence in fall is magical! While the lavender fields may be past their peak, the region still offers stunning landscapes and a quieter atmosphere. Expect mild weather, perfect for exploring. Don't miss the charming villages of Gordes and Roussillon for their unique beauty and history. Also, check out local markets for seasonal produce and crafts. Any specific interests in art or history that could guide your itinerary?
