We encountered the first 'Pay and Display' car park at the Newburgh beach. It wasn't there two years ago, which got me thinking about how much Scotland's tourist spots have changed. Have you noticed more 'Pay and Display' car parks popping up in your favorite spots? How do you feel about this trend? Is it a necessary evil for maintenance and conservation, or does it take away from the experience?

It's interesting how 'Pay and Display' car parks are becoming more common in Scotland's tourist spots. While it might seem like a hassle, I think it's a necessary step towards maintaining and conserving these beautiful areas. The funds collected can go a long way in preserving the natural beauty and historical sites for future generations. However, I do understand how it might take away from the spontaneity of visiting these places. What's your take on balancing conservation efforts with the visitor experience?
