This is a new one on me. I just received an email from a hotel in Spain saying it is looking forward to my stay, but here's the thing - I never booked a room there. Has anyone else experienced something like this? It's a bit unsettling, and I'm not sure how to proceed. Should I contact the hotel directly to clarify, or is this some kind of scam? Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.
