Question Tarom vs Bulgaria Air: Which is the lesser evil?

I've been looking into flights operated by Tarom and Bulgaria Air for an upcoming trip, but the internet is flooded with mostly negative reviews about both. It seems like inefficiency and unreliability are common complaints. Has anyone here flown with either airline recently? I'm trying to figure out if one is less problematic than the other, especially regarding flight punctuality and customer service. Any insights or personal experiences would be really helpful!

It's tough when both options seem less than ideal, but I’ve flown with Tarom recently and found their punctuality to be decent, though customer service can be hit or miss. If you’re prioritizing reliability, I’d lean toward Tarom. Have you considered looking into alternative airlines or routes, or is this your only option for your trip?
