Question Tromso in Winter: Is It Worth It?

Hi everyone! I'm a big fan of Rick Steves, but I noticed there wasn't much coverage on Tromso in winter. I've been curious about visiting this Arctic city during the winter months. Is it a great destination for those looking to experience the Northern Lights and winter activities? What kind of things can I do there? Any tips on what to see or where to stay would be super helpful too. Thanks!
