I booked a ride to Central Festival mall last week and was charged 103 Baht for the fare. However, I noticed an additional charge of 62 Baht labeled as 'Other' after the ride. The driver mentioned it was a system error and promised a refund, but I've yet to hear back from Grab. I even reached out to their customer service and only received an automated response.
