Discussion Using Credit Card for Travel Insurance?

I'm curious about relying on my credit card for travel insurance. I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred, and I've heard it offers some benefits for travel insurance. Has anyone here used their credit card coverage while traveling abroad? How did it work out for you, especially regarding medical emergencies? I'm trying to figure out if I should supplement it with additional insurance or if the card alone is sufficient. Any insights or experiences would be great!
