Question Warsaw Public Transit Timetable Confusion

I recently checked out the timetable for the S2 line in Warsaw, and I noticed there's a column with 'o' and 'p' designations, but there’s no heading or explanation for what they mean. Has anyone else encountered this? It’s a bit confusing when trying to plan my travels around the city. Any insights on how to interpret this would be super helpful!

That can be frustrating! In Warsaw's public transit, the 'o' usually stands for 'obieg' (meaning 'loop') and 'p' stands for 'przyspieszony' (which means 'express'). These designations indicate whether the train follows a loop route or an express service, which can definitely affect your travel plans. Have you figured out your route yet? It might help to download a transit app for real-time updates while you're there!

Thanks for clarifying that! It’s really helpful to understand what those designations mean. If you're planning to explore more of Warsaw, I’d also recommend checking the local transit app for live updates and possible route changes—it can save you a lot of time! Have you thought about which areas you want to explore the most? That might help narrow down your transit options.
