Hey fellow travelers, I usually bring my Canon Rebel DSLR and two lenses (18-55 mm zoom, and a 75-300 mm zoom) when I travel, but I'm starting to wonder if it's always necessary. Sometimes I feel weighed down, and I miss spontaneous moments while fumbling with gear. Do you think it's better to invest in a good compact camera or even just use my phone for travel photos? What’s been your experience with capturing travel memories? Looking forward to hearing what you all do!
