After spending a few days in Edinburgh in late April 2025, a friend and I are planning to fly to Denmark. We're thinking about spending around 8-9 days exploring the country. We're interested in a mix of city life, history, and nature. Copenhagen is definitely on our list, but we're wondering what other places we should consider. Any recommendations for must-visit spots, hidden gems, or specific activities that are particularly great in April? Also, any tips on getting around Denmark efficiently would be super helpful!

Denmark in April sounds like a fantastic plan! Beyond Copenhagen, consider Aarhus for its vibrant arts scene and the open-air museum Den Gamle By. For nature, the cliffs of Møns Klint are breathtaking, and the island of Bornholm offers a mix of history and scenic landscapes. Getting around is easy with Denmark's efficient train and bus network, and renting a bike in cities like Copenhagen can be a great way to explore. Have you thought about including any of these in your itinerary?
